Overview
Founded in 2003, RCG traction (rail trains) division provides technical and managerial services.
Its first project was supporting ALSTOM Traction Department by providing site engineers and technicians on its diesel engine locomotive projects. Our first project was the AD33C in Syria. Other projects executed were AD32C in Siri Lanka, AD43C in Iran, BB460000’s shunting locomotive between France and Spain, and BB475000 2 MW diesel engine in France.
Scope of work
RCG provides services and man power on the execution and after sales levels.
It is part of technical modification teams giving technical support in design projects.
It includes:
- Technical support and writing technical specifications, to perform the pre-commissioning and commissioning tests on sites.
- Contribution to the design and modification processes of the newly manufactured diesel electric locomotives.
- Insuring meeting norms and standards in the manufacturing and design departments of major traction firms.
